Roll - Megaman Universe

Roll's design from the cancelled Megaman Universe game. I can't sleep tonight so I made a quickie to help me doze off.

I added Roll's vaccuum buster thing from the Ruby Spears cartoon series. I was also hoping to play as PLASMA POWER Megaman from the cartoon series. Oh well.

I'm really upset about the cancellations of Megaman Universe, Legends 3 and Megaman X as a Zero costume DLC. Oh Capcom...
